The Semen Clearing House is a broker of consigned semen, accepting semen inventory from both privately owned and commercial tanks, regardless of the processor or species. The Semen Clearing House then makes the semen available for sale to those interested. This is a no hassle way of making sires available for sale and purchase, helping you to reduce your semen inventory and providing a safe, reliable and convenient means of shipment/delivery of semen across the country to both the large and small producer. 

Purchasers pay all shipping and handling costs for the delivery of ordered semen. The best method of shipment will be used, however there is no fee for BIO-Genics, LTD Host Herd delivery, delivery to events, National Shows or Conventions to which we regularly attend. There is no minimum purchase required. All orders must be paid in full before shipment will be made. Orders will be held for one calendar year. Orders for which no shipping arrangements have been made by the purchaser within one year of the purchase date shall become the property of Semen Clearing House. All sales are final, there are no refunds made on semen orders at any time, no exceptions. 

The Semen Clearing House is a broker of its products, not the manufacturer. For this reason, Semen Clearing House, its agents, employees and subsidiaries make no warranties or representation as to the quality, viability, resulting conception rate, breed purity, representations made herein, or registerability of any progeny resulting from or in connection with the use of its products. All sales are represented as buyer beware, sold as-is with no warranties whatsoever and Semen Clearing House will not be held liable for any products which are proven to be misrepresented, defective or may be damaged in shipment. In the case of any such occurrence, the purchaser is to contact the freight carrier responsible for delivery of said purchases for the recovery of any available refund. In no event shall Semen Clearing House be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
