How to Redeem Gift Certificates

To redeem a gift certificate, follow these steps:

You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.
Browse the store and add items to your cart.
Visit the cart to view the items you have selected to purchase.
Click "Process to Checkout".
Type your gift certificate code into the "Promo/Gift Certificate" box and click "Apply" to apply the balance.

For this reason Semen Clearing House, its agents, employees and subsidiaries make no warranties or representation as to the quality, viability, resulting conception rate, breed purity, representations made herein, or registerability of any progeny resulting from or in connection with the use of its products. All sales are represented as buyer beware, sold as- is with no warranties whatsoever and Semen Clearing House will not be held liable for any products which are proven to be misrepresented, defective or may be damaged in shipment. In the case of any such occurrence, the purchaser is to contact the freight carrier responsible for delivery of said purchases for the recovery of any available refund. In no event shall Semen Clearing House be held liable for consequential or incidental damages.

BIO-Genics LLC, its agents and employees cannot control the manner by which, or circumstances under which their semen and products are used, or the techniques used in the application and, therefore, makes no warranties or representations beyond those made expressly herein. BIO-Genics LLC cannot and does not guarantee the conception rate, breed purity of sire, quality, or productivity to be obtained in connection with the use of its products or recommended techniques. It makes no guaranties, warranties or representations, either written or oral of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, which extend beyond the description of its products and hereby disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In the unlikely event that any of our products are damaged in shipment or are proven to be defective, damages resulting from their use shall be limited to the purchase value of the semen. In no event shall BIO-Genics LLC be liable for consequential or incidental damages.

All semen and feed sales are final. No return or exchange is allowed on semen purchases of any kind. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on retail merchandise within 14 days from the date of invoice. Items must be unused, and in original unopened packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
